Design Vision & Implementation: I love her design vision, she always wows me and she is very up-to-date and current with her styles and color selections. There are always delays with any project i.e., fabrics not available, workers don’t show up, wrong pieces delivered.  Ellen handles everything with grace and ease.  She is calm and reassuring and not easily rattled.  She is a quick and confident problem solver.  Her easygoing style and efficient work ethic are a perfect combination.

Ability to Direct Contractors & Project Timelines: Ellen is on hand and available throughout the project and not shy to tweak, correct, or direct the contractors that she has worked with.  Furthermore, the contractors that she has used for my projects have all been very professional, efficient, talented, and reliable.  As far as Ellen’s ability to coordinate and estimate she is very well organized, realistic, and accurate.  She makes herself personally available throughout the whole process. I enjoyed the entire process with Ellen from beginning to end and continue to enjoy her work every day that I live in my home.  She is a true professional and a pleasure to do business with.
